To whom it may concern,

My name is Oriana Quintero, kindly inform to you that I disembarked

from the Vessel One Hawk on January 22, 2023. My last assignment was
performing duties as an Engine cadet for a period of 8 months. I’m very grateful
and happy to be part of CSM family and excited a lot for the opportunity given
to me especially considering me as a Venezuelan female engine cadet
onboard this important fleet. I want to confirm my high interest in continuing
my missing time of the CSM cadetship program on board of this same vessel
or similar type of Cargo Ships. My last appraisal shows my evolution and all
the improved knowledge that I acquired during my first cadetship period,
knowledge that I wish to continue increasing. Furthermore, during this first
cadetship period (June 01, 2022 - January 22, 2023), I appeared in the CSM
Newsletter where the CSM Marketing Team interviewed me and included one
article about myself; this participation really made me feel incredibly happy and
proud.
With this letter I intend to formally confirm my desire to continue being
part of the company and to grow both as a person and as a professional
alongside the amazing crew of the CSM fleet. Therefore, I kindly ask you to
assign a new 4 +-1 contract in order to complete the cadetship program and
the regular on board period demanded by the Caribbean Maritime University.
After completing this contract, I would be able to participate in the
graduation ceremony and get my III/1 unlimited license as a Third Engineer.
