information will help us to optimally prepare the system for commissioning and production
start in your plant.
As a guideline for how to organize unloading and installing the production system, we have
summarized important information in the "Check list for delivery, installation - ACS production
system." You will also receive the machine layout with the corresponding connection
specifications as a separate document at a later point in time.
If you have any further questions on how to transport or unload the machine, please do not

3.1 VPN TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a communication interface in a network. A VPN is used to

connect devices from their original network to another available network without the need for
the networks to be compatible with one another.
Depending on the VPN protocol used, an encryption can be also added as a benefit resulting
from the VPN. The encryption permits tamper-proof and tap-proof communication between the
VPN partners.
RATTUNDE offers its customers the option to select between two different variants. Some
information is required to prepare the installation. Please complete the fields below carefully
and return this form to RATTUNDE. Please also designate a competent contact person we
can contact in case of questions.
