Part 1: Short Composition (10 points)

Write a composition about one of the following topics. Be sure to address all of the aspects referred to in
the topic you choose. (100-120 words)

Option 1:

Yesterday you went to the restaurant with your family, where you chose from the menu shown below.
Write a review for the restaurant and talk about the price of the meal, whether the food was good or bad
and the service.
Option 2:

Last month you took a trip to Santorini, where you visited the places shown in the picture below. Write an
email to your friend to tell him/her how you liked these places and what the best part of the trip was.
Part 2: Long Composition (20 points)

Choose one of the following options:

Option 1:

Write a letter to your English pen friend describing the latest comedy film you saw. Describe the plot and
characters, and tell your pen friend if you liked it or disliked it and why.
Write your letter in about 200-220 words.

Option 2:

You took part in a class debate about the use of the Internet. Write an essay in which you provide advantages and
disadvantages of using the Internet.

Now write a letter to your friend. Write your composition in about 200-220 words.
