For me, organizations can achieve competitive advantage through giving the market what is needed in
this pandemic. It is not just about giving what the customers need but it is also the quality and value of the
product. We should also consider the materials and also its price. We should provide them a good quality
product with a lower cost because if they see that the other organizations are offering lower price, they
will go for it, the price itself matter to the customer. For me, there are only two things that matter, it is the
price and the uniqueness of the product. For example, using or wearing face shields are mandatory, so
many organization will provide face shields, the challenge is how can we get the attention of the
customers to buy our product? first is we should offer the product at lower price and improve the face
shield to have a unique feature, for example is that the face shield of your organization is durable and
resistant.

2. For me, the best strategy for organizations to have is the flexible operations. Being flexible is important
because it can make a business to last long. We don't know what will happen for the next months and
years so we should have a plan for future. There is no value if we can make a high quality product and
having a low price if the product itself is not the needs of the customer. Even though there are unexpected
happenings just like this pandemic, we should make it as our strength for the organization. We should
provide a product that is necessary for the pandemic. We should be adaptive no matter what the situation
is. An organization should be able to adjust quickly even there is pandemic so that they will immediately
provide a product that can help the customers to conquer the issues.

3. For me, productivity has a great impact for the organization. Productivity can determine and measure
the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. High productivity can make an organization to provide
products as fast and efficient they can. Productivity means that they can provide more products and
goods in a short span of time and it also means that they can also have a higher profits. If the employees
is very passionate on their job, they can be productive and they will be able to do their job accurately. For
example, they have a task that they should create and produce a product that can catch the attention of
the customers, being productive and creative they produced a product in a given time. We can see that if
we are creative and productive enough, we can offer products to the market even there is a sudden
change.
