Because I think every organization or business requires to make contingency plan for us to be ready in
whatever situation our organization will face in the future. Contingency plan is use if certain dilemma or
natural disasters happens and eventually affect our organization. And now sadly speaking, we are
experiencing a pandemic that is so hard to lose. Covid-19 turned our whole wide world down and suffer a
lot. Many businesses and organizations announced bankruptcy even those famous brand did due to this
pandemic. Well, we can’t avoid this kind of situation but since we are doing business and we are to make
profit and to satisfy the needs and wants of our customer, we need to make action for this. We are an
organization who has a purpose. So we need to be competitive enough to get through this pandemic. I
think the only way organization can achieve competitive advantage is to still stay and strong because at
this point of our time we really can’t do anything because everyone is suffering. Many people lose their
job and they stop working so they are financially unstable and they don’t have the capacity to buy what
they want only few of their needs can. So I think they needed to lessen their employees, it may be a sad
move but it’s the only choice for them because even the small money they will earn at this time will
eventually allotted for the worker’s salary. By the help of this contingency plan, they can think a better
strategy that will help their organization to keep operating until this pandemic is over. Because I believe
better plan with good intentions will lead to your goals especially when you are taking into considerations
of people stability and current situation. We should be an organization who did our purpose well and that
is to satisfy the needs and demands of the people.

2. I think it is for them to be innovative, competitive and persistent enough to run the organization.
Because if they instill this for themselves, I think it will be their assets. Because many will trust them. They
have the capability to run the organizations liquid and profitable enough. Being innovative is you are quick
to respond or to make a new better idea whenever it is needed. They are the ones who not only have plan
A but they have all the letters in the alphabets, plan A to plan Z if ever one didn’t work out well. And them
being competitive enough can help them run the business effectively and efficiently. And also them being
persistent and dedicated enough to have a strong foundation of the organization who will take the bullets
and take the risks as long as it will be all worth it. With these that market leaders can top in the industry.

3. Because being productive means you have more to offer. Customer can have a variety of choices and I
think it will make them curious about what we offer. And I think it will make your customer excited to visit
your organization since you offer a lot of goods or products. And I think having unlimited resources of raw
materials will be a great help for the organization to be productive. Because greater raw materials
organization have, greater goods or product they can make. For example, you have unlimited raw
materials of different kinds of vegetable since you owned a farm and a restaurant. In your restaurant one
of the most claimed dish is your different style of vegetable salad. Since you have unlimited supplies of
vegetables you can produce a lot as long as the customers want. It will be more demanding since you
offered fresh vegetables from your farm. And one of the most suitable example for this time since we are
experiencing pandemic. Is for the mask and face shields factory, if they are able to produced thousands
of mask and face shields in an hour it is better since we have high demand towards this products because
of this pandemic. Being productive enough help our organization to satisfy the needs and wants of our
customer. It will be a win-win situation for us because we satisfy their needs by serving them protection
and also we earn profit.
