ASIA NONWOVENS EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE (ANEX 2024) (www.anex2024.com), which will
take place on May 22 to 24, 2024, in Taipei.

ANEX 2024 is the 9th ANEX since the first exhibition ever held. With the rapid trend change and
crucial digital transformation in the smart textile industry, we anticipate the ANEX2024 will be a

1. EXHIBITION INTRODUCTION
Asia Nonwovens Exhibition and Conference (ANEX 2024) will officially take place at
Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 (TaiNEX 1), starts May 22nd to 24th, 2024, in
Taipei, Taiwan.
Asia Nonwovens and Exhibition & Conference 2024 (ANEX 2024) is one of the three
major comprehensive nonwovens exhibitions in the whole world. ANEX 2024 has
combined technology and commercial value in the overall industry chain. ANEX 2024
also offers platforms for related industries such as chemistry, Plastics, filtration,
absorbent hygiene products, textiles & apparel, hygiene, medical, wiping, home
furnishings and automobiles, and more to meet and communicate with others.

What’s more, ANEX 2024 will also have an international conference for experts in the
industry to give technical seminars and share their valuable knowledge and
experience with professional visitors. ANEX 2024 will hold the Global Nonwovens
Summit (GNS), launched by the Asia Nonwoven Fabrics Association (ANFA), European
Disposables and Nonwovens Association (EDANA), Association of the Nonwoven
Fabrics Industry (INDA), will also be held in ANEX 2024. During GNS, leaders in the
nonwoven industry all over the world will give speeches and talk about the latest
trends and progressive and innovative technology of nonwoven materials.
ANEX 2021 has reached remarkable achievements, and over 24,500 more trade

3. Booth Information (Booths Selection will be in the mid-October)

Prerequisite:
1. Booths will be chosen in tiers, starting with the highest sponsors (Diamond Sponsor →Platinum
Sponsor→Gold Sponsor→Silver Sponsor→Bronze Sponsor) and ending with exhibitors.
2. For the sponsors of the same tier, booth chosen will be determined by the payment date.
3. Secretariat will inform the details before the process begins which date your booth selection is
expected to take place.
4. Exhibitors must send staff to participate in the "Booth Selection Meeting" or the booth location
will be assigned by the organizer. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths or use a
different company name without authorization.
*The organizer reserves the rights to change the booth location or adjust booth area.

4. Payment Information

 Regulations

(1) The prices listed in the sponsor manual are tax and cleaning fee included(Cleaning Deposit
excluded) and valued in NTD.
(2) Please pay full amount of the sponsorship on time. Sponsors who do not complete the payment
before the invoice due date will have their promotion item reservation cancelled.
(3) To safe-guard the rights and benefits of sponsors/ exhibitors, ANEX 2024 principles of
sponsorship management are according to the registration date on ANEX 2024 website and
Sponsor Rank, and all payment must be done by the payment method.
(4) Applications and sponsorship allocations are based on a Higher-level, Higher-priority and First-
come, First-served basis according to the date and time the payment was received. If
applications for the same sponsorship are received at the same time, the exhibitor with large
booth space shall have priority.

(5) Any payment made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

(6) The organizer retains the rights to the final decision and distribution.

Terms and Regulations

(1) When registered for ANEX 2024, participants agree to follow all existing regulations.

(2) Once the Order form is submitted and confirmed by the Secretariat, the contract will be
established and come into effect.

(3) Violations of the regulations may result in the exclusion of the transgressors upon decision of the
Secretariat. No claims for damages will be accepted.

12-1. Booth Cleaning
During Exhibition period ANEX 2024 will provide for the cleaning of aisle and public spaces only, the
aisles of the hall must not be obstructed with packing and construction materials, debris or waste.
Removing a custom booth or booth interiors are responsible for removing their own building waste
and trash from the site at the end of each day.
Cleaning of Exhibits is the responsibility of the exhibitors; the exhibitors shall clean up the booth
daily, and the rental area must be restored to its original state upon return. For RAW SPACE exhibitors,
a Cleaning Deposit of NT$30,000 must be paid before May 1, 2024. After the exhibition ends and
Round Table confirms that the exhibitors have restored the rental area, the Cleaning Deposit will be
fully returned. In contrast, if the rental area is not fully cleaned, exhibitors will be responsible for the
additional cleaning fee from TaiNEX; the amount will be deducted from the Cleaning Deposit for
RAW SPACE exhibitors
All stands must be completely removed and all Exhibitors must leave the Hall by 17:00 on 25th of
May 2024. Should they fail to do so, or if the Organizer believes they will not be completed in time,
the Organizer will remove the exhibit at the Exhibitor’s expense.

12-2. Standard Shell Scheme Structure and Boundaries

A. Changes to the standard shell stand structure will not be allowed.
B. No additional stand fitting may be attached to the shell stand structure and no painting on
the shell stand panels will be allowed unless approved by the Organizer.
C. Projections (including exhibits, signs, floral decorations and furnishings) into the aisle and
passage are not permitted.
D. Not allowed to driving a nail on the walls.
12-3. Security And Insurance General
A. Exhibitors should be aware that neither the Organizer, TaiNEX, Round Table, the security
contractor nor any of their agents, officers or employees assumes any responsibility for
theft, loss or damage of exhibits, collateral materials, A/V, stores or any other Exhibitor or
Contractors’ equipment and property. Exhibitors should carry their own insurance covering
their property and shipment during the ANEX 2024 move-in, Exhibition and move-out
period. Do not leave any valuables, materials, equipment and any other items in their
booths unattended, and because of the amount of activity, please be sure to pack all items
at your booth.
B. Please note that the Organizer and Round Table will not bear any liability for personal
injuries, whether suffered by an Exhibitor or his/her employees, contractors or business
invitees. Nor will they be liable for any loss or damage to the property of an Exhibitor or
his/her employees, contractors or business invitees due to fire, robbery or accident or for
any damage to the TaiNEX caused by the Exhibitor, their staff and/or their Contractor. The
Exhibitor will be liable for any and all such damage and/or claims.
12-4. Storage
The Organizer is unable to provide in-hall storage facilities for packing cases, surplus materials or
other property of the exhibitor.

12-5. Exhibitor Qualifications

Foreign exhibitors and manufacturers from countries other than areas where imports are restricted
by the government are welcome to participate.

The organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations as needed.
