From 7:00 am on 19.1.2024 to 8:00 pm on 25.1.2024
Please note that the setup process takes place in two phases

1. First phase – exhibition stand setup (no deliveries of products or decorations)

Start: 19.1.2024 from 7:00 am

End: 23.1.2024 at 8:00 pm
Halls are open throughout

2. Second phase – delivery of exhibitis, decoration of stands

Start: 23.1.2024 from 8:00 pm

End: 25.1.2024 at 8:00 pm
Halls are open throughout

Please note: From 8:00 pm on 25.1.2024, the hall will be closed for cleaning work and carpet laying.
This means that the stands must be completely set up and decorated by then and exhibitors and stand
constructors must leave the hall. Please ensure you keep to this deadline so that the hall can be
opened in time for the start of the fair.
