CONTRATO DE STAND

STAND
The modules will be delivered with or without panels according to the type of stand hired. The

SCHEDULE

ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY

TERMS

 The exhibitor will pay the amount of $ 250,000 for the hired stand (s).
 CHOCOSHOW reserves the right to adopt verbally or in writing any additional rules or
regulations, change the exposure or take any further action if deemed necessary to improve
the exposure.
 If for any reason CHOCOSHOW, determines that the place or date of the event must be
modified, no refund will be made to the exhibitor, but will allocate based on the original
space, a similar space that is considered appropriate.
 The exhibitor agrees to use said space, under the terms of this agreement.
 CHOCOSHOW shall not be liable financially or of anyanother way in case the exposure is
postponed or changed place

case the refund will exceed the amount paid by the exhibitor.

the exhibition.
 The exhibitor will cover the costs derived from damages caused to the enclosure and facilities.
 Equipment required for product display will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be
registered at the entrance of the venue.
 The exhibitor You will be responsible for the storage of your material and equipment.
CHOCOSHOW is not responsible for loss or damage to products or exhibitor materials; in the
event that the exhibitor wishes to ensure against loss of your products, you must take out
personal insurance.
 All products, samples and merchandise must be removed from the further facilities will take at
20:00 hrs. on NOVEMBER 27, 2020.
 CHOCOSHOW will not be responsible for any object that remains in the enclosure after that
time.
 In the event that the exhibitor wishes to cancel his stand, he must notify it to CHOCOSHOW,
in writing before OCTOBER 15 and you will be reimbursed 50% of the payment you have made
as an advance. After that date, no amount will be refunded.
 This contract contains the agreements established between both parties and does not may be
modified or canceled, except in writing and signed by the interested part.
