This is to certify that Bucloc Central School as Designate Evacuation Center of

Barangay Lamao, Bucloc, Abra is safe and earthquake preventive. The construction work
of the said Evacuation Center is safe under my direct inspection and survey from time to
time.

This certificate is issued upon the request of the Barangay Disaster Risk
Reduction Management Council (BDRRMC) of Poblacion Lamao, Bucloc, Abra for
whatever legal purposes it may serve best.
