Are you surprised when your friends are not as sporty as you and would prefer to stay at home rather than play

Doing sports helps you stay fit and healthy. But these are not the only benefits of engaging in physical activity.

Irena Szewińska, a Polish sprinter, dominated international athletics for almost 20 years and is (1) ______________
