• Service Contracts Import does not allow tangible lines
• Service Contracts Import only allows 3 billing streams
• Service Contracts Import does not allow DFFs

• While there is no seeded fulfillment for intangible items, installed
base has robust API capability that allows you to easily integrate
to any platform
• Also great flexibility for billing
• Leverages existing EBS environment
