What to do
The work consists of the design of two pieces A and B using TinkerCad and export each design
to SLT format.
Step 2: Use the proper blocks and elements to generate this workpiece.
Step 3: Make a snapshot of your screen in TinkerCad while you are designing an insert the
picture below:
Step 4: Convert the design into STL format and save the file with your name, surname and
group followed by the word wheel. For instance, a valid name of file will be:
manuel_blazquez_3A_Wheel.stl
PIECE B – Freestyle design
Step 6: Make a design of something that you like, but a bit more complex than the wheel. For
example, here you can have an example of a piece of such a complexity.
These are two pieces that can be assembled to conform a box with a lid. Observe that the
pieces are separated to be printed but then, they can be assembled using a third piece such as
a stick.
Step 7: Make a snapshot of your screen in TinkerCad while you are designing an insert the
picture below:
Step 8: Convert the design into STL format and save the file with your name, surname and
group followed by the word freestyle. For instance, a valid name of file will be:
manuel_blazquez_3A_freestyle.stl
Step 9: Print this document as a pdf document with your pictures and data with your name,
surname and group followed by the word document. For instance, a valid name of file will be:
manuel_blazquez_3A_document.pdf
Step 10: Zip all the files you have generated into a zip file. The zip file must contain:
- Pdf document
- Wheel design in stl format
- Freestyle design in stl format
The name of the zip file must be saved with your name, surname and group followed by the
word 3dprint. For instance, a valid name of file will be:
manuel_blazquez_3A_3dprint.zip
