b. How did the industrial revolution impact the economy? Explain.
It increased the production of goods and boosted the economy by the invention of
many machines

Because there were no drains or garbage collection in the street and workers lived
together in dark cramped areas which increased the risk of spreading a disease

Instead of being your average housewife back then, many women started working in
factories especially in mining industry, they were a very cheap source of labor as women
had very small salaries as those as men.

Middle class was created, factory workers began rising as a lower middle while factory
owners formed a top middle class

The middle class and upper classes immediatly benefited from the revolution (Esp land owners,
Business men and factory owners) however it took the working class more time to start truly
benefitting from it but they eventually did as they gained more rights and higher wages
