MODULE 10: Questions

1. How do you interpret Climate Change?

Climate Change is the alteration happening in the Earth’s usual climate and weather
patterns which disrupts the balance of nature since the planet is getting either warmer or
colder resulting into several losses in biodiversity.

2. List some steps or ways that the Philippine government responds on the call on Climate
change.

Establish laws that exhibit acts that prevent climate change. Support local and national
organizations whose aims are to prevent and reduce climate change. Supporting small local
producers who employ sustainable practices, care about land restoration, and make animals
and crops more resilient to climate change.

3. Do you think that the steps or ways that you listed are attainable and realistic? Prove
your answer.

Yes, these steps mentioned above are likely realistic and easy to achieve in a government
who wishes to take care of their own land as well as the Earth in general. Supporting their
own people and establishing a law that will benefit the environment are natural actions of
the government thus making it realistic, also there are already existing laws about climate
change and the environment all we need to do is to act upon those laws.

4. In your own little steps list at least 3 ways on how you can/may help in reducing climate
change.

First of all, we can join organizations that act on climate change preventions. Second, start
in our homes by cleaning our own houses by saving enough energy. Lastly, the most famous
of all is to reduce, reuse, and recycle our things.
