Time Management & Task Estimation Guide

One of the difficult skills for individuals learning good time management is accurately estimating how long a task will take to complete. This document provides a worksheet to help with task estimating by having users write out the steps of a task and estimate the time needed for each step. Users then record the actual time it takes to complete each step to see if there are any differences from their estimates.
