Configure your printer using Honeywell PrintSet5

Installation of your PrintSet5 application

1. Right click your PrintSet_5.exe file and choose “Run as Administrator”.

2. Click “Next”

Click Next

Note: Make sure your computer is equipped with correct Honeywell printer drivers before it can
recognize by your PrintSet5 application.
After successful installation, you can now Open your “PrintSet5” application.

1. Open your PrintSet5 application.

2. Click “Add New Printer” Icon

3. Choose the communication that you are using and Click Next

4. Select your printer and click Next

5. Click Finish.

6. Click the “Plus” Icon to expand the settings

7. Select “Configuration”.

8. Below are the recommended settings for your PC42t printer.


9. Note: Please do copy the highlighted settings.

For Network Printing. Input your IP Address.

For your Print Mode.

For Print Action

For your Print Quality

ZSim for your Printer Language


Note: After changing a particular value you need to save and apply those settings before it can take
effect to your printer.

10. Click Save and Apply.

Configure your printer using Web Browser

1. Open your Web Browser and type your IP Address into the Address bar.
2. Click Login. (Username: “itadmin” Password: “pass”)

2. Click Login

3. Input Username: “itadmin” Password: “pass”, and click Login.


4. Navigate to the side bar of the window to choose where you want to change the settings.
