The meeting started soon after the dismissal of the Youth session. We started by planning for
the end of year dinner party which took place on the 23 December 2022.
1. Evaluation of the year
The committee discussed several issues towards the bad and good side which the
youths encounter during the year 2022.
Some of the issues include:
 Youths are not paying their Tsigiro cards. The committee members are
planning to have the solution on how to handle this problem and we agreed
that by end of January we will have the solution for every youth to have a
Tsigiro Card.
 Some youths are not paying their monthly subscriptions. As leaders we
encouraged ourselves that we must lead by example we must pay the Dollar
Monthly Subscription so that others will follow, and we emphasised that
anyone who fails to pay Dollar Monthly Sub he or she will not go anywhere if
we want to go out as youths being Mutemwa Visit or Parish Visit or even if
we want to do a Party.
 Some youths are coming to Sunday Masses or even the Thursday Masses
whilst under the influence of alcohol which is a bad behaviour. Whilst
discussing this issue someone pointed out the issue of drug abuse which has
being affecting some of our youths and we want to do some drug awareness to
help our beloved brothers and sisters which are under the influence of drugs.
 Members of the committee have pointed misbehaving of youths during youth
gatherings so we want to implement rules which may maintain order during
 the sessions. NB: - we are giving each youth 2 chances/warnings, if he or she
managed to break those chances he or she must face a punishment.
 Lack of youths to our mid-year parties for example the one which was held in
August at Kumusha Resort.

2. 2023 Activities
 We want lead several masses in this year 2023. We must be involved in most
activities in the masses especially in Choir
 We want T-shirts for Holy Innocence youths.
 We need to create prayerful events, we need to do Rosaries and all night
prayers regularly.
 leaders must be effective; we must do our job as leaders do not relaxed or
caught on the wrong side.
 We need to visit Mutemwa 3 times a year
 March – first week of lent
 June - mid or end of the Month
 November –first week of the month.
