The speech is a research about the effect of music and art on patients’ emotion and

well-being. The 3 main subjects of the research are unborn baby, cancer patient
and the elderly patient. Surprisingly, music and art has the same impact on all of
them. They are positively impacted by hearing music and looking picture. For
more specific, babies are healthier, patients no longer feel much pain, and so do the
elderly. There is one point that I want to emphasize is that not only them but
people around them are transmitted that optimistic energy. Mom feel more relax
and the staff at hospital don’t want to leave their job.

the research has lead me to a new world. Like, I can admit that music and art can
help us to relax but I have no idea that they would boost our health like that. But
what I am confused now is that after the speaker’s team finishes their research, will
the 3 hospitals above continue to play music and display picture? I really hope the
answer is yes.
