This document provides indicators to track student performance across various domains including academics, behavior, and social-emotional well-being. It divides students into four categories: on-track, at-risk, off-track based on different thresholds for attendance, nurse visits, suspensions, discipline referrals, course performance, and test scores. For example, a student is considered on-track if they have 0-2 absences per quarter and meet certain reading and math score targets on standardized tests. A student is off-track if they have 5+ absences per quarter or multiple discipline referrals and suspensions or are failing multiple courses. The indicators are meant to help identify students who may need additional support.
