Early Life:

Chef Manish Mehrotra was born in 1977 in Patna,

Bihar, India. He grew up in a family that was passionate
about food, and he developed an interest in cooking at a
young age. His mother and grandmother were both excellent
cooks, and he learned many of his culinary skills from them.
During his early years as a chef, Manish worked in various
hotels and restaurants in Delhi, including the Taj Mahal
Hotel and the Old World Hospitality Group. He also spent
time in London, working at the Benares Restaurant, where he
honed his skills in modern Indian cuisine.
In 2008, Chef Manish opened his own restaurant, Indian
Accent, in New Delhi. The restaurant quickly gained
popularity for its innovative take on traditional Indian
cuisine, and it has since been recognized as one of the best
restaurants in India and the world.
Career:

Chef Manish Mehrotra is a renowned chef from India known

for his modern and innovative take on Indian cuisine. He is
the Executive Chef at Indian Accent, a restaurant with
locations in New Delhi, New York, and London.
Chef Mehrotra was born in Patna, Bihar in India in 1971. He
started his career in the hospitality industry by studying hotel
management at the Institute of Hotel Management in
Kolkata. After completing his studies, he worked at some of
the top hotels in India including The Taj Group, The Park
Hotel, and the Old World Hospitality Group.
