Please find attached the Award for Texas Instruments  package for Connect Group, for the next
12months
This becomes applicable from today onwards.
I have took into consideration your remarks related to validity.  Therefore,  for this package our proposal
is to have 2 type validity classifications:
1. 12 months validity (starting Today)  -> For the lines where you haven’t mention any validity
2. 6 months validity (starting Today) -> for the lines where you have mentioned different
validities  … ;  these lines will be rechecked again in 6 months, for extension.
I count on your cooperation and acceptance for this agreement. 
Please freeze this agreement into your system. I will do the same in ours.  Actions to be taken: today.
Frame orders with call offs will be possible,  when MOQ is multiple of PU, and we don’t entire MOQ at
once, in house

The standard lead time for these items, you have mentioned to be 1-2 weeks =>  I assume you buy these
items, not only for us, you buy them maybe on regular basis => therefore, for these 2 items, I would see
no problem in making a firm agreement for an extended validity of the offer = 12months from today. I
count on your acceptance !
