AND NON-ELIGIBLE SCHOOL-BASED PERSONNEL) PERFORMANCE
BASED BONUS (PBB) 2021

1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 007 s. 2021 entitled "Multiyear Guidelines
on the Grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for the Department
ORDER No. 005, s.
of Education Employees and Officials" and DepEd
2022 entitled "Performance-based Bonus Guidelines on Eligibility
this division informs all PBB
Requirements and Acountability Matrix",
Focal Persons of all Schools/Districts who are directly in-charge of the
preparationof PBB reports to verify Form 1.0 (List of Eligible and Non-
eligible School-Based Personnel).

2. A Google Sheet Link will be provided by the SDO for the submission of the
verified Form 1.0 with the names of the Focal Person who will take charge
of the verification in their respective School/District together with their
Email address.
3. The names of the Focal Person assigned to take charge of the verification
in the Secondary Schools and in the Elementary Schools must be
submitted through Email address at personnel.camsur@deped.gov.ph
(One per Secondary School and ONE per District in the Elementary)

4. Deadline of submission shall be on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 prior to

the release of the Google Sheet Link.
