In compliance with my petition for application of Certificate of Public Convenience to

operate a TH service on the route applied for in my petition which is from Davao City to any
point within the Mindanao and vice-versa using the motor vehicles more particularly
described below, I am humbly asking your good office that these motor vehicles be
inspected at my garage in Purok 13, Crossing Quarry, Brgy.Tugbok, Tugbok District, Davao
City in view of the reason that the motor vehicles to be inspected are numerous in number
(8 units) and for easier access of inspection being that there is not enough parking space
within vicinity of LTFRB.
