This will supersede the previous OVPFA Memo No. 16 dated November 7, 2022, in response to
instances of students mistakenly labeling their payments for tuition and other school fees to BDO
with the wrong account name.

Please be guided with the following when paying over-the-counter (OTC) and online bills
payment transactions:

Account Number: 003940564472 (Optional)

Be reminded as well of the P10.00 transaction fee in addition to the payable amount. Failure to
settle the transaction fee will form part of the assessment balance reflected in the Learning
Management System (LMS).
