The PUG E models can vary in power and
appearance. H

The different models can consist of various I

combinations of hydraulic piston pumps and gear
pumps depending on the model and wich purpose to

The pumps are complete with a hydraulic tank, oil
filters and an oil cooler. The tank is provided with a
filler cap, breather, level/temperature gauge and a low
level switch.
The modular pump units have their separate
independent circuits for the grout pump, the agitator
and the mixer. They are pressure and flow adjustable

Hoisting and transport PUG D

WARNING Heavy equipment can cause serious
injury
►Use a sling dimensioned for the load it is going to
carry.
►Use only straps that are undamaged and intended
for the load in question.
►Never use a damaged rope/sling.
►Fasten straps in lifting eyes when present.
►Always lift at the centre of gravity.
►Always make sure that nobody is under or anywhere
near a suspended load or within the swing radius of
the rope/sling.
►Observe great care when strapping and lifting heavy
objects.
NOTICE Sling can damage components
►When lifting, make sure that the sling will not
damage the hydraulic hoses, mechanical
components etc.

Hoisting

Lifting points
The sling is recommended to be attached where the
lifting sign is located.
Note: The lifting points on the power unit are intended
for lifting only the power unit and should not be used
when lifting a power unit attached to a platform. For
lifting of a complete platform refer to the safety and
operating instructions of the platform in question.

Hydraulic oil tank Hydraulic oil filters

♦ The hydraulic system is supplied without hydraulic
fluid.
♦ Before starting, the tank should be filled to at least
half level of the indicator

side of the tank.
Changing the hydraulic oil
The hydraulic filter cartridge should be changed first
time after 50 hours when taken a new Power Unit into
operation, then the hydraulic filter and hydraulic oil
should be changed after 2000 operating hours under
normal worksite conditions, or at least once a year.
If the quality of the oil has deteriorated for some
reason, either through extremely high temperatures or
contamination for example, then it should be changed
as soon as possible. In such cases, the interior of the
tank should also be cleaned thoroughly.
♦ The useful service life of the hydraulic oil can be
seriously reduced at operating temperatures above
+70°C.

Symptom
Overheating of the hydraulic system. Poor
performance and reduced water circulation through
the cooler.

Procedure
Disconnect water hoses and use compressed air or
