Lifting points
The sling is recommended to be attached where the
lifting sign is located.
Note: The lifting points on the power unit are intended
for lifting only the power unit and should not be used
when lifting a power unit attached to a platform. For
lifting of a complete platform refer to the safety and
operating instructions of the platform in question.

►Depressurize the hydraulic system before
performing maintenance on the hydraulic
equipment.
►Never replace high pressure hoses with hoses of
lower quality than the original or with hoses that
have removable couplings
►Never use your fingers to check for hydraulic fluid
leaks.

Filter
Hydraulic filter and indicator
A. Filter indicator
B. Filter insert (cartridge)
AIB 100000318_00
The filter cartridge filtration efficiency is 10 micron. The
indicator (A) turns to red during operation when the
filter cartridge needs replacing.
To inspect the oil level indicator on the diesel version ♦ When replacing the cartridge, remember to clean
of the power unit it is first necessary to open the side the area outside and around the filter housing to

side of the tank.
Changing the hydraulic oil
The hydraulic filter cartridge should be changed first
time after 50 hours when taken a new Power Unit into
operation, then the hydraulic filter and hydraulic oil
should be changed after 2000 operating hours under
normal worksite conditions, or at least once a year.
If the quality of the oil has deteriorated for some
reason, either through extremely high temperatures or
contamination for example, then it should be changed
as soon as possible. In such cases, the interior of the
tank should also be cleaned thoroughly.
♦ The useful service life of the hydraulic oil can be
seriously reduced at operating temperatures above
+70°C.
Symptom
Overheating of the hydraulic system. Poor
performance and reduced water circulation through
the cooler.
Procedure
Disconnect water hoses and use compressed air or
flush water backwards for cleaning.
Symptom
Overheating of the hydraulic system and poor
performance.
Procedure
Clean the air filter and make sure there is no dust or
debris caught in the filter.

Lubricant recommendations
Lubricant Recommendation
Hydraulic oil Use mineral-based hydraulic oil with good anti-wear, rust (oxidation) and foam inhibiting
properties, as well as effective air and water separation abilities. The viscosity grade should
correspond to the ambient temperature and ISO 3448, as follows:
