“Give up Tomorrow”

This documentary is the hottest topic in Cebu and the whole Philippines under President
Joseph Estrada. It is about the rape, kidnapping, and murder of Chiong’s sister in
Carcar Cebu in 1997. This narrative portrayed the scenes from July 16, 1997, in which
Marijoy is found dead and her sister Jackielyn is missing and the suspect is Paco.

Based on the documentary and other research that I already watched Chiong's sister is
the daughter of Dionisio Chiong the lieutenant Drug Lord in the Philippines and his wife
is working in Malacanang. Before his daughters were found missing He was called to
the congressional committee because he was being investigated for drug trafficking.
Before the testimony, they declared that their daughters were missing so the incident
was dismissed. On September 15, Paco called his sister Mimi and told to his sister that
there was a stalker looking at him and arresting him, and bringing Paco to Camp Crame
because they accused his case about the Chiong sister. So when his sister arrived at
school at the Center of Culinary Arts or CCA in Quezon City, Manila and Mimi asked
where’s their license and Mimi saw the license was expired and they are only wearing
civilian and they don't have a warrant of arrest to Paco before they went to bring Paco
and his friends to the jail. Even though they already found the attendance last July 16
and 17 1997 they proved that Paco is in the School and his teacher and principals
signed their testimony correctly also Paco’s friend says that they have a photo to prove
that Paco is in Manila not in Cebu.

The police told Paco to go to Cebu City and after Paco landed in Cebu they arrested
him and bring to the Rehabilitation Center. Paco’s family filed a petition but the Supreme
Court ignored it even though Paco has more than 40 witnesses that he was in Manila.
The Chiong family says that Paco is the suitor of their daughter and Paco says he even
did not know anyone of their daughters and Mimi says that Paco did not bring anyone
of their daughter at home so it was very impossible to the be suitor of their child.

Six months ago but there is nothing happened that is why Dionisio and his wife asked
for a help to former President Joseph Estrada and the President give a 4 Law force
agency that can help them to investigate the case. So the Police went to Larannga’s
Farm and they researched about any proof of evidence but they dont found anything at
the farm. Ten months ago, there was an eye witness named Davidson Rusia and he
says that he was in the incident and he saw all the things what happened. So based the
Raffy Tulfo in Action last 2019 they says that there was a caught in a video that Mrs.
Chiong visted Rusia at the jail and bringing him a gifts so if im Mrs. Chiong im not doing
the same thing because they killed my daughters. The defense lawyer says that they wil
be doing DNA test to clarify and to confirmed the body but but the judge dont give them
a permission to do it so for me if they do it so, the case will be smooth and easy to find
the right things and a true justice for the Chiong sisters. After Rusia testimony he was
freed and they says that they will file a double life sentences to the 7 suspects but the
Chiong family is not contented on it so they raised a death penalty. But Paco’s family
seeks a help in the Spain to help Paco and the minister of the Spain went to othe
Philippines and help Paco at the time of the former President Arroyo.
After that happened they found out that the Justice of the Supreme Court was the family
of Chiong thats why they found there is something wrong about the cases. So that
Paco’s family decided to bring th case in United Nation Human Rights Committee to
settle the case.

June 24, 2006 after of the abolishment of the death penalty they went to Spain and
Paco continued his life imprisonment and he started to studying HRM and the year
2008 Paco is allowed ti the his Job every morning and when the evening has come he
is going to jail. Year 2009 he was transferred at Maximum Security in Spain.
After a decade they didn’t found the body of Jackielyn and year 2018 they found a
social media photo that the two sisters were found alive and they are living well in
Canada and i was confused on it so I searched them in Facebook and i saw the post of
their mother with their grandchild so many people judge them and angry because they
lied and very unfair because they don’t allowed Paco to speak and tell about the truth.
In the Law we have right to speak and stand for ourselves to defends us also.That is
why until now they dont have enough evidence for it because on Raffy Tulfo that I
watched it has an eye witness girl she stated that there was one girl that they thrown
and the boys are forced him to signed it but the girl says she didnt even understand
english so in the end the girl signed it because she was afraid. So for me instead of
asking a justice for Chiong sister , Paco is the one who deserved a Jusitice so they
need to be fair and clear in the law.
