College is going to undertake the study on the above mentioned topic.

The purpose of the study is to find outthe sociodemographic characteristics and

clinicopathological profile of the study participants with ovarian and
genitourinary cancers, the factors leading to delay in cancer management among
the study participants, the treatment outcomes and quality of life (QoL) among
them.

If you are willing to participate in this study you will be asked some questions
regarding your the sociodemographic characteristics, menstrual and
reproductive history, the factors leading to delay in cancer management , the
treatment outcomes and quality of life (QoL).

Though you may not benefit directly from the study, it is possible that the
findings of the study based on your response may be of great help in planning
strategies for protecting you and other people in future.

I assure that all the information provided by you will be kept highly confidential
and privacy is assured. Your identity won’t be revealed to anyone.The study
may be published in scientific journal, but your identity will not be revealed.
