van Leer Method

From the two plots we can observe that the Steger-Warming method gives a diffused solution
than van Leer.

But the van Leer method has more unphysical oscillations than the Steger-Warming Method.
The temperature curve for both is more or less the same but the velocity, Mach number and
pressure curves is good for SW on the right side and good for VL on the left side

We can eliminate the unphysical oscillations by constructing an essentially non oscillatory

scheme
