In the modern era, a user is exposed to various smartphones that exist in the current industry.
Mainly diving them into different ecosystems. The main denominating factor is either
choosing the android platform or the IOS platform. However, it is not always the
specification that determines the superiority of the device. The software and technology
involved makes a difference. For example, both cars can have a powerful V8 engine that
produces 480 horsepower. However, one car is equipped with certain technology and safety
features and the added fuel efficiency, and the other car is stock as in designed for its high
power drive only. From the consumers point of view, they would always opt for the car that
has better technology and cost savings and safety features.

Altough both vehicles are generically the same, the one that has better features and
technology gets sold more. Putting this into perspective, any mobile device with high
specifications can exist however, the functionality and the technology that it uses, determines
the value of the device.

become an increasing element for businesses in the recent years due to the growing number
of people utilizing mobile devices. Which are used for the online purchase of products and
services. The points below are the top 3 fundamental mobile commerce strategies which
determines the success of its business strategy.

1. Mobile-first approach: The initial approach gives importance to the mobile’s user
experience over other platforms that exist in the market. Such as laptops, chrome
book’s, tablets, and phones. Essentially, this ensures that the mobile version of the
website must be optimized for the ease of use for other types of devices. Also
providing a seamless shopping experience for the customers.

2. Omnichannel integrations: This is a strategy that provides customers with the fully
integrated shopping experience. They offer a seamless shopping experience across all
its channels. For example, online stores, physical stores, mobile applications,
catalogues and on-site pickup or products.

3. Personalization: A personalized experience increases customer engagement and


satisfaction rates. This method is achieved by the product recommendations based on

security measures that can be implemented. Which should be applied to protect the
application and its users.
