CHIFFON CAKE

SET A
1 cup Cake Flour

½ cup White Sugar

½ tbsp. Baking Powder

½ tsp. Salt

4pcs. Egg Yolk

½ cup Orange juice/ Royal

¼ cup Oil

1 tsp. Vanilla

SET B

4 pcs. Egg White

½ tsp. Cream of Tartar

¼ cup Sugar

1tsp. Vanilla

Procedure:

1. Mise en Place ( Ihanda ang lahat ng ingredients)


2. Sa isang mixing bowl pagsamahin at salain ang flour, baking powder and salt
haluin ito.
3. Sa isa pang mixing bowl pagsamahin ang egg yolk, sugar, royal, oil at vanilla
haluin ito. Pagsamahin ang dry ingredients at liquid ingredients.
4. Sa isang mixing bowl ilagay ang egg white, cream of tatar haluin ito gamit ang
electric mixer at idagdag ang sugar habang hinahalo ito ng mixer. Haluin ito
hanggang maging stiff peak stage at ilagay ang vanilla.
5. Combine the SET B mixture to the SET A mixture using the cut and fold mixing
method. Pagsamahin ang SET B mixture sa SET A mixture gamit ang cut and
fold na paghalo.
6. Ilagay ito sa baking pan na meron parchment paper.
7. Bake ito sa pre heated oven 350 F ng 40 to 45 minutes.
Note: Baking time ay depende so oven na ginagamit.

BOILED ICING

4 pcs. Egg White


1 ½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Water
½ tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Procedure:

1. Mise en Place ( Ihanda ang lahat ng ingredients)


2. Sa isang mixing bowl ilagay ang egg white.
3. Sa isang sauce pan ilagay ang white sugar at water.
4. Turn on the stove in a low fire and place the sauce pan and let it boil.
NOTE: Huwag haluin ang sugar wait until it boils. Then wait for thread like
or soft ball in a cold water
5. Start mixing the egg white if it reach frothy stage add the cream of tartar.
Then keep on mixing until soft peak.
6. Gradually add or pour the sugar mixture to the meringue while mixing.
7. Keep on mixing until it reach stiff peak stage.
8. Ilagay ang vanilla then mix it again.
