    - For orders under $2,500, claim Did not arrived via phone (ONLY VIA PHONE, chat is
    not working!) -> INSTANT REFUND
    - For orders higher than $2,600 do ftid v5 (v4 is not working here):

    1) Start a return
    2) Get the label
    3) Do FTID v5
    4) Contact them after 7 days
    5) They will check the tracking link and issue instant refund
