Disadvantage of tech in business

1. Unemployment: why does tech cause unemployment?

Why do people need to innovate and use technology? We always say that “We need
to work smarter, not harder.”
Technology provides us with a way to simplify our lives that we can use it to solve
problems and accomplish several tasks. Most technological discoveries work to
reduce human effort. Hey can take off our shoulders many heavy tasks.
Every task that is a repetitive process can and will be run or automated by AI- a form
of technology. AI in theory can do work better, faster, cheaper than labor workers.
There’s no reason for businesses to give up these benefits

We have to admit that low-skilled workforce is less productive than technological
machines, so what can they do? There’s no position left for them in factories
Let’s consider in VN- an argricultural country with 73,8% of unqualified workforce,
so if technological machines are being used, there’s less demand for those workers,
and as a result there’s can be a higher risk of unemployment. This is the 1st viewpoint.
2. Dependency
Aother aspect: nowadays, we have more technological options than ever before to
help people reach their full potential. However, whether or not you dare to say that
you don’t have any dependency on these technological tools or devices

a calculator that reduces the need to perform mental calculations. We know how to
solve this math test right? It is an exercise of primary students, but bc of the fixed
mindset that need ST to support makes us less creative that we avoid mental strain
and totally default on technological devices.
I have to say that the major advantage that humans have over other… so why don’t
we use it?
3. Cost : we also have to consider about. Business wanna use tech they have to
buy from others and purchasing need money
Imagine if your laptop broke down right now, what would you do to fix the problem?
Will you need to fix one of the circuits of the device? We don’t know how to do
right?
The problem here is that we as owners of the devieces don’t always know how our
devices work for us. Then, it leads to a demand for services for users to rely on
whenever problems occur. At the time, CO need to outsource, so what does the word
outsource mean?
or they have to hire specialized staff to fix. The thing is that machines can work 24/7
without getting tired but they can break down and fixing cost is inevitable. Not just
fixing cost but also guaranteeing and updating cost.
When you have invested into technology, you have to keep making this investment.
To keep moving at the speed of business, you must keep upgrading the tech. It is
impossible to invest in technology as an one-and-done process.
