5.) It is the partner’s responsibility to verify the appropriateness of the design and “solution” applied if the BoM complies with the requirement of the end user.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

1. Quoted Prices are Inclusive of VAT.
2. Delivery: On stock - within 2 working days upon receipt of valid Purchase Order (PO)/ Order Basis items within 90-120 working days process upon receipt of valid NCF - Non Cancellation Form

3. Validity: 15 days from the date of issuance

4. Terms of Payment: Terms Agreed
5. Warranty: One (1) Year Warranty on parts from Date of Delivery
