Subject: Regarding - Issuance of duplicate SIM Card having Number – 7505844404.

Sir/Ma’am,

My name is Chama Bhalla and I am using your network since last two years. But unfortunately 4
months back, during my journey from Lucknow to Rajasthan I lost my SIM as my wallet was
stolen in rajasthan. I have kept my SIM in my wallet as my mobile SIM slot was not working and
I have given my mobile for repairing.

Currently I am receiving the message on dialing the above number as - that the dial number
does not exists. In view of the same you are requested to kindly activate my number when I
made the recharge on the above mentioned number after receiving the duplicate SIM.
The above mentioned number is already linked to my Aadhar. My Aadhar number is
8707 3524 0195
I will be highly obliged if you consider my request and provide me the duplicate SIM card of the
same number mentioned above on priority basis so as I can avail the services of Reliance Jio
Infocom.
