Manufacture plastic based waste pyrolysis prototype machine to Produce Petroleum fluid by
using Waste Plastics, Polythene and Rubber to fulfill the essential requirement of petroleum
oil of SLAF Station Ekala.
Plastic, polythene and Rubber waste is become a huge issue to the Sri Lanka Air force as
well as to complete environment system. Further, at present the cost of the petroleum
products is become an immerse issue to SLAF with prevailing economic situation of the
country. As a remedy to this matters we suggest to build a prototype machine to convert
plastic and rubber based waste to petroleum fluid.
03. Background of the Project
Initially, a project proposal was submitted for the approval of CO SLAF TTS Eka
subjected to WO I/C, Off I/C, CI Tech and OCT TTS.
Then, trainees are to be planned the way of doing this. Afterwards the material
collection as per the schematic of the project after the quotation is taken.
Implementation of this project was carried out as per the “Project plan” indicated in above
Paragraph number 04.

Capability
We strongly believe, this waste pyrolysis machine will be a fortune to save both money
and environment not only in TTS Eka but also indirectly whole establishment will be
benefitted.
