>RUN
-to get spectra values
-after having specFx and specFy, create load SPECX and SPECY then input the scale
factor using the value on excel. This is to substitute EQX and EQY
-input specfx and specfy combos together with the space factors computed
respectively
-interpolate specfx and specfy combos to +-1+-.3 under EQmax envelope
>Run Model
Note: the difference between the model considering sepectra is only the shear
distribution especially if the building has irregular shaped floor area. It
modifies and provides more realistic shear distributions. For regular shaped
structures you can neglect the consideration of spectra.
