1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to define the method to:

 Determine the competence of persons working under control and those who can
affect the performance and ability to fulfill compliance obligations.
 Determine training needs associated with significant environmental aspects and
hazardous activities
 Ensure that these persons are competent based on appropriate education, training
or experience.
 Ensure that all those whose work may create a significant impact on the
environment or expose personnel to health and safety have received appropriate
training.
 Ensures employees at each relevant function and levels are aware of HSSE
information relevant to them including significant aspects and high-risk activities

2. SCOPE
This process is applicable to all the activities, processes, and services of Brighter Green
Universal Engineering Pvt Ltd.
