Agreement to Compensate for the Training Costs

This Agreement is made at Bangalore as on 27-Jan-21 between Mr. Aniket Kumar Ray (S/o Mr. Ajay
Kumar Choudhary) residing “177, Rana Pratap Nagar, Near Yadav Panchayat Bhawan, Chas, Bokaro
and Jharkhand-827013” hereafter referred as “Aniket”.

AND

Maventic Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd, registered at “No. 593, 60 Feet Road, AECS Layout, Brookfields,
Bangalore - 560037,” hereafter referred as Maventic.

WHEREAS Aniket is a qualified Engineer employed by Maventic. As part of professional training,

Maventic is spending around Rs. One Lakh and Seventy Five Thousand only on Aniket, Maventic assures
to absorb the training costs if Mr. Aniket is serving the company until 26-Jul-2023.

AND WHEREAS however, in the event of Mr. Aniket deciding and leaving Maventic earlier to this date, he
has at the request of Maventic agreed and hereby agrees to pay the training costs by paying Maventic the
costs incurred including a sum of Rs. One Lakh and Seventy Five Thousand and stipend/salary paid.

Any dispute has to be resolved under Bangalore jurisdiction.
