Everrenew Roles & Responsibility as Facilitator

1 Everrenew shall Facilitate in formation of Association / SPV

2 Allocation of proportionate share up to 99% in SPV, to Turbine Owners

3 Everrenew to hold 1% of the SPV shares to take it up with SGRE for transfer of PSS Ownership to SPV

4 Everrenew to spend initial expenses & charge back the Turbine Owners proportionately

5 Owners to authorize Everrenew to facilitate the entire process

6 Everrenew to act as a facilitator in this process and will take up the BoP O&M in full

Everrenew Proposal

Everrenew propose to take up the Shared Service of the entire 300MW windfarm on long term contract

Everrenew shall cover all scope of work (PSS, Line & Feeder Maintenance, Pathway, Road Repair &
Maintenance, Security services, ROW management, SEB Coordination)

Everrenew shall enter into BoP O&M Contract with Individual Turbine Owners

Everrenew is ready to support the WTG O&M services as well, at Turbine Owners’ choice
