1. ENUMERATE AND DESCRIBE BRIEFLY THE FOLLOWING:
1.1) 5 components of personality.
• Spiritual and moral values
It represents to the relationship God. These are piety, religiosity, honesty, generosity,
sincerity, responsibility, keeping of promise, punctuality, devotion to duty, absence of anti-
social tendencies, etc.
• Psychosocial traits
• It refers to the ability to adjust to society, dominance- submissiveness, generosity, good
manners, extroversion- introversion lifestyle.
• Temperament
It refers to self-control, emotions maturity and stability to cope with stress and strain and cool
when he feels irritable etc.
• Physical or biological traits
It refers to the general physical attribute height, weight, size of the body, hair color of the hair,
manners of walking, health ext.
• Capacities
It refers to the mental health capacity, or intelligence, education, expertise, noted
achievement and multiple intelligence like talents in art, music, etc.

1.2) terms such as Id, ego and Super ego

• Id it operates on the pleasure principle.
• Ego, it operates on the reality principle.
• Superego represents what is right and wrong.
2.) Define personality
Personality is the sum of one's traits ang characteristics. The personality of an individual could
be assessed by the effectiveness with which he deals with another person. A person may be
described as an aggressive personality or a submissive personality. The person observing you
and your outward manifestation can immediately describe your attribute or characteristics
based on his perception to the impression.
