Here we define Special G/L: Advance payment Account (Asset Group) and
Recon. Ac: Sundry creditors account (Liability Group)
1. POST DOWN-PAYMENT : F-48
Here we enter Vendor code/ Outgoing Bank ac/ amount/ doc date/ doc
number.
And save.
DP payment for the vendor is created you can see in FBL1N.
Now we create vendor invoice for like 60,000. Shown as
below. FB60
2. CLEAR VENDOR DOWN-PAYMENT : F-54
Then press ENTER and select that line of down-payment and save it.
3. Difference Amount payment : F-53
Now we have to pay left amount to vendor which in over case it is 10,000
because we make 50,000 advance payment to vendor and get 60,000 rupees
invoice so we have to pay left 10,000 to vendor.
As shown below.
4. POST CUSTOMER DOWN-PAYMENT : F-29
Here we receive down payment from customer which the help of F-29
First in OBXR we also want to assign Special G/L: Advance From customer
(Liability Group) and Recon ac: Sundry Debtor (Asset group)
