Introduction

Internship Training is part of a collage curiculum that aims to train and orient students about the work and their future career. It is a type of skill
development where a worker learns. How to do the work through hands-on experience. Internship Training is one method by which students are
exposed with different work situation designed to give students an opportunity to experience and a chance to apply the theories and computation
that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting.

Internship Training is very important not only to teach students regarding their chosen career but also to show students the reality about working.
The students will be exposed to the actual work related to the cause that they are taking. It also allows those with no experience to work and to
learn at the same time. Internship Training helps the trainee to learn more about his chosen field and practice, what he has learned from the
school. It helps in the building up of the trainee’s competence. Of course, when a students is competent enough, she will be able to do things
successfully and this training develops one’s professionalism in dealing with people. After the training, the trainee will be able to handle
situations properly and she will be able to know how to socialize well with his colleagues. He will also be able to work well with everyone and
she will have a good teamwork. Internship Training also enhances the critical thinking abilities and discipline of the students conducting his
training in a company. His ability to make sound decisions and evaluate pertinent factors will be improved. Internship Training requires effort
and seriousness. A trainee should take the internship training seriously, as it can be a powerful tool for a person in preparing for the next chapter
of life as a professional. It can possibly be a source of recommendation when they take that big lift from being students to career professional
someday.

Internship experience

My internship experience has significantly affected my growth as a person, because it opened my eyes to what the medical field truly is. When I
started my internship at home, I didn’t really know what I wanted to be I life. I knew that I wanted to be someone who could help others. I
experience to entertain the client as a front desk officer, as a legal secretary officer and how to answer telephone call. To communicate other
people.

Impact

Internship can develop personal aspects of students undergoing internship training is valuable for students, it helps them to apply their skills into
practical field, it teach them how to be productive and recognize their strengths, avoid their weakness and give them the belief in making
difference.

Learning

Intelligence is one of the key to succeed. No one can take it away from us. But having knowledge is not enough to succeed in life. We need to use
it on the proper way. We have to perist to anything undertaken to attain our goals. On my training I learned a lot such as improving my whole
personally in terms of understanding and vision towards life. I learned it is best to do and show your best. They might have you after the
internship or in the future. I think studying is harder than working though real world is easier than collage. In this training I can say that I am
transformed into a real better person.

Conclusion

Through this internship, I saw the difference when you are in school and in the real world. Most of the time you’ve just learn theoretically in
school while in real world you actually experience and apply what the trainers taught to you. The Internship Training experience is worth the
time, effort and hardworking. The short period of time that I have spent my internship. Contributed a lot to the increase in my awareness,
understanding and practical application of my course. The experience increased my commitment, competence and compassion as a Bachelor of
Science in Office Administration student who is soon to become part of the society outside as a working professional.
