Aircraft Engineer’s Maintenance Experience Logbook

Preface
This logbook complies with EASA Part 66 requirements and can be used by an aircraft engineer for the application for initial issue/amendment
of a Part 66 aircraft maintenance license. It can be used at the same time for the maintenance experience of a person through all of his
employment as an aircraft engineer.

The format and layout of the logbook is designed to enable a methodical and progressive recording of ongoing work experience by the user,
thereby enabling a quicker and more accurate assessment of the user’s technical knowledge and experience by a regulatory authority, employer
or assessor.

Instructions for use


 All blocks must be filled in ink. Each line can accommodate one maintenance task thus each page can be used for 10 tasks.
 Preferred date format is DD/MM/YYY (Block 1).
 Job/WO reference number (Block 4) is necessary as a proof of actual maintenance performed on the aircraft.
 In Job Description and document reference (Block 7) a full description shall be entered including the type of work (e.g. replacement /
inspection /check /cleaning etc).
 Each line must be signed and stamped (Block 8) by the supervisor/authorized person by the maintenance organization. This person must
be a holder of a valid EASA Part 66 aircraft maintenance license.
 The Logbook Owner must sign and ask for his company stamp at the bottom line of each page.
 All pages must be numbered in sequence at the lower right corner of each page.
