Position Summary
Reporting into the Supply Chain & Customer Operations Controller and based within the Supply Chain Team you will be
responsible for shaping our Supply Chain Analytics as we drive our capabilities forward.  You will support delivery of
resilient supply chain process and continuous improvement initiatives, by providing high quality data analysis and
reporting which also supports effective business performance.

In this role you will have an analytical mind and strong business acumen and will collaborate cross functionally to build
great relationships across the team and the business. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, along
with the desire to grown and to develop whilst making your mark on Supply Chain analytics.

Job Description
Understand Edrington UK’s business model, supply chain, logistics network, brands, market sectors and key
customers
Use large and complicated data sets to provide complex but clear reports which provide business insights and
use data to recommend improvements to deliver exceptional service at the best cost.
Deliver self-driven analysis on known areas of interest, providing actionable insights to the business.
Track KPIs and logistic costs, reporting on supply chain performance
Provide analysis and reporting to support the annual budget setting process.
Gain necessary expertise to become the business expert in SAP reporting (from R3, B/W and Webi modules).
Establish a set of reports, which will manage business performance and drive improvements. Actively share
knowledge and educate others in the area.
Work within an agile environment to create fast paced and sustainable solutions which are business ready
Investigate issues and problems and collaborate with colleagues to explore options and identify, recommend, and
implement solutions with pace
Support the Supply Chain and Customer Operations Controller in areas such as analysing data to prepare for
tenders, external partner reviews, contract negotiations, process audits, corrective actions, and benchmark
studies.
Work with the Customer Operations Manager to contribute to cost to serve discussions with agreed customers
providing in depth analysis, recommendations, and support solution implementation  
Participate in regular reviews between Edrington UK and the relevant 3PL by providing data analysis and
reporting which supports performance management

Skills and Experience


Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in an analytical role
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
Secure understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint to advanced level), relational databases and ERP
systems (e.g., SAP)
Analytical mind with business acumen
Talented in problem solving and ability to manipulate large data sets.
Attention to detail – ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when completing a task
Excellent communication skills
Relationship building
Outstanding organizational ability and ability to manage personal workload effectively and efficiently
Self-starter with passion and ambition
Solution orientated and ‘can do’ attitude
Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate leadership within their areas of responsibility.
Possess a high level of emotional intelligence.
