PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The goals of our project;

 To make young people aware of the forms and causes of cyberbullying
 To raise awareness among young people about human rights and
humanitarian values violated by cyberbullying.
 To increase the motivation and competencies of young people to prevent
cyberbullying and to implement an intervention strategy
 To inform young people about the types of cyberbullying and the platforms
from which they can get support.
 To increase the ability of young people to use social media correctly and
actively.
 To raise awareness among young people about effects such as individual,
psychological, social and psychosomatic caused by cyberbullying.

 Accommodation

• Participants will arrive at Ankara on Saturday 10th December

2022 and leave on Sunday 18th December 2022. During this
time, participants will be staying at ÇASKEM, the
accommodation for the duration of the project. Participants will
be accommodated in 2 or 3 bedded rooms.

 TRAVEL COSTS AND
REIMBURSMENTS

• The participants are provided with 100% reimbursement for

their travel expenses that are within the amount provided
from distance calculator:

(https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/
distance-calculator_en)

- In order to be reimbursed, participants will be REQUIRED

TO provide proof of expenses, which are original documents
displaying costs – such as boarding passes, electronic tickets
(in the case of lack of the cost on the electronic ticket please
bring another document with the price stated), train tickets
(2nd class, with the price stated), bus tickets (with the price
stated). Please send the returning tickets (original, not copies)
within 2 weeks of the completion of the project.

 PREPARATION

• Each country will have their own sessions in the project. They
will organize the presentations below. So, each group should
prepare the presentations below.

- Presentation about the country (General information). E.g.

fun facts, videos, or cultural history about your country.

- If you have any special health condition or special dietary

requirements, please inform us before the project.

• Cultural Night will be organized in the schedule. You should bring

traditional foods, drinks and music to represent your country on
the Cultural Night. If possible, prepare a short, creative, funny
and interesting presentation of your country for the intercultural
evening. Feel free to bring any culinary specialty (food or drink)
from your country as well.

• Regarding the intercultural aspect of the project, each

participating team will be advised by the coordinator to choose
a PPT presentation of the country of origin, asked about their
food and traditional drinks, traditional clothing and also an
object/ book they consider representative of their culture of
tolerance or social integration.

In order to apply for the project “Think before you type” on 10 - 18 December 2022 in Ankara,
Turkiye, it is required to follow the below rules:
1. Sending your travel documents, to ensure that you can of travel to and from the
project:
- For Hungarian citizens: Passport + CV + Motivation letter of answering

- For legal residents of Hungary: Passport + Hungarian residence permit + Hungarian
Address Card + CV + Motivation letter + Willingness to manage their own visa for Turkiye

2. To transfer 15000 HUF donation fee on Revolut to the sending organization from
Hungary in 24 HOURS ONLY AFTER we confirm your participation in the “Think before you
type”.
For any reason, donation fee is not refundable. The aim of this fee is to support our
organisational costs (accountancy, lawyer, rent, utilities, salaries, stationeries, etc.) as the
sending organisation is not financed by the project.
1 exceptional case: In case of cancellation or date change of the project by the organisers, the
15000 HUF contribution fee will be fully refunded back to the participant.

3. All team members should represent Hungary, the sending organisation from Hungary and
themselves at their best. Being not cooperative will result in an automatic termination of the
participation and reimbursement.

5. All information regarding the project topic, venue, accommodation, food, and travel
reimbursement is clearly given on the project INFOPACK. It is the participant’s responsibility to
prepare for the cultural night, and to follow the requirements.
