    How are you? I think protecting the environment is important. This in my daily routine.

    Generally, I get up at 8 in the morning, in the morning I take a shower and do not
    use a plastic-free shampoo. I usually wear recycled clothing. Then breakfast at
    09:30 in the morning. Like a plant-based breakfast. I have fruits and cereals. I
    wash dishes and brush my teeth, but I use a plastic toothbrush, tidy up a few
    things from home, then lunch at 1:00. Then I attend my online classes at 2:00 p.m.
    Dinner at 8:00 p.m.

    Finally, I have to go to bed at 09:00 o'clock at night
