Standing:
Stand with theraband around the knees just below fold of the knees. Attach other
end to wall or pole. Slowly bend knees into the squat position not lower than 90
degrees, hold for 45 seconds.
5 sets holding for 45 seconds
Rest 2 minutes between each set
Seated:
Sit and straighten the leg. Cotract the quadriceps and hold for 45 seconds.
5 sets holding for 45 seconds
