Project Description:

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is one of the largest mutual life insurance
companies in the United States. Guardian operates through two separate operating
organizations—Individual Markets and Group and Worksite Markets. I handled multiple projects
in Guardian and ensured quality deliverables both in waterfall and Agile.

Methodology: Agile April, 2016 – May 2017

Project 1: Group Insurance – NCCI Automation - CPS (Consolidated Proposal System)

Service Line: Functional and System Integration

Role: QA Analyst – Web Application

Duration: 1 Year

This Project is intended to digitalize paperwork processes involved in Policy Creation

NCCI Automation integrated various applications together to create a proper workflow of
Policy creation
This project involved both web applications and mainframe application for data creation

Project 2: Group Insurance – CPS BTR (Build to require)

Service Line: Functional and System Integration

Role: QA Analyst

Duration: 4 months

This Project reduces the time consumed in calculating the rates for the products by
uploading Rates to the system through excel sheets for different products.

Project 3: Group Insurance – Siebel to Simon Integration
