Warden Duty Guide

Room management

1. Room allocation, Issue of Almirah, Almirah Keys, to be maintained in Issued items register.
2. Room doors to remain open, rooms unlocked and almirahs should be locked at all times for inspection and
cleaning.
3. Handover bedsheet, pillow cover, table, chair to each student. Same to be recorded in Issued items register.
4. Room Occupancy Register with remarks (what was working what was not) to be maintained.
5. Surprise room checks of random rooms with video evidence stating room number and occupant to be made on
weekly basis and tracker to be filled.
6. Room cleanliness to be ensured via students and cleaners.

Facility Management

1. Count of materials, assets, working non-working in the entire hostel area to be made in Facility Register. Any
damage or non-functionality to be reported in real time.
2. Hygiene and maintenance of the Mess, kitchen, open areas along with alternate day cleaning routine.
3. In and out register to be ensured and maintained with designated resource, any outings/delays outside the
normal schedule to be confirmed with coordinator.
4. Complaint Register for any kind of maintenance activity to be maintained.
5. Notice board maintenance as per the Hostel In charge instructions.
6. CCTV Monitoring and control, no footage to be viewed shared with students without In-charge’s permission.
7. Reporting of property damage/of indiscipline/ of issues in real time Owais Sir/Adil Sir & Warden Group.

Food

1. Tasting Food Quality everyday & every meal and filling tacker which is to be reported every day to hostel in-
charge.
2. No outside food allowed except Friday and Sunday WITH ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Birthday celebrations only on Fridays or Sundays WITH ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
4. NO WASTAGE OF FOOD hostel food count to be adjusted as per ZOMATO ORDERS.

Discipline

1. Daily assembly made a habit and rollcall those unable to gather in assembly to be reported as ABSENT.
2. Dress, Uniform check and rollcall while leaving campus for classes.
3. Morning Wakeup assistance to the SQUAD MASTER.
4. Leave Management Information through the coordinator. NO LEAVES WITHOUT APPROVAL.
5. Haircut every Second Sunday of the Month to be assisted by JCO Sir and student to complete it on his own
before arriving to the hostel if he was on leave or in two days if he missed it due to health.
6. General Hygiene in assembly nails, feet, dress-up and uniform checks.

PHONE SUBMISSION

1. Strict Phone submission timings 9:30 pm to and mobile phone issue time 7:00 pm exception for fee
payment/delivery/courier.
2. STUDENT HAS TO COME DOWN AND SUBMIT THE PHONE. IF UNWELL STUDENT WILL NOT BE GIVEN PHONE
LIBERTY.
