1. Making and pretending our homes as a hotel we will also observe the ff.:
1. All hotel employees should always report for duty on time.
2. All hotel employees should be honest in every way. They should not take money, food,
supplies or time that is not theirs.
3. They should not try to shirk their responsibilities or waste time.
4. Hotel employees should never smoke in the dining room, kitchen, and all “no smoking” areas.
5. All hotel employees should help to keep the hotel clean.
2. There are rules and regulations in an establishment especially in hotels to avoid chaos. There will
be good relationship among the management and the employees themselves.

1. Fill up the laundry list and if it request for pick-up.
2. It is important not to argue with guests because we have to please them. Thinking they are
always right for the reason that they are our customer except for (unreasonable event like
insulting the employee himself personally).
3. Guests’ requests be handled promptly like a maximum of 10 minutes so they will not be bored
waiting for their requests.
